Graeme Lyons' garden in Hove (actually)

A small garden at the rear of the flat roughly about 6 x 6 m. It's west facing and is sunny to the south but has a huge Beech tree towering over it to the west. There is no lawn and I inherited it with almost 100% of the garden being full of non-native ferns and palms. I made my first record the day I moved in on 13th November 2017.
