Caloplaca crenulatella. A relatively recently described species that has only frequently found on concrete, but it is apparently quite common. It is best distinguished by jizz; it has rather obvious scattered yellow bits of thallus more or less concolorous with the apothecia, and will be learnt fairly rapidly if hunted for on concrete.
