Summary: most records have been from conifer/evergreen branches but this may only be because this microhabitat has been searched more frequently. Sampling of low vegetation may be productive.

Associations:

  • Conifer/evergreen branches: broom, gorse, juniper and yew.
  • Other microhabitats: haystacks and riverside reeds.

Sampling techniques: beating branches, hand searching, sweep netting and water trap.
