Sawfly Recording Form

This is the recording form for the Sawflies of Great Britain Recording Scheme - thank you for taking part. All records received are important pieces in the puzzle to help us understand the ecology of our sawflies, their abundance and their distribution. Please complete as many of the boxes as you can.

If you can't find the species you are looking for in the species list it may have recently changed its name. If you get stuck, have a look at the species checklist on the http://www.sawflies.org.uk website.

Also, note that once you have found your garden on the map, you can lock in the location and grid reference by clicking the padlock symbol.
