Editing entries made via app

The new app is an excellent idea, but is it me or my tablet, Nexus, but  there seems to be a problem editing entries made using the app.

It doesn't appear possible to add the degree of certainty or change the sex or stage either on the tablet or laptop.

I also find that adding a second photo doesn't seem to work.

Your advice would be appreciated.

Peter.

Hi Peter,

Hi Peter,

Yes, it is currenlty a limited number of attributes that the app records. When you say adding a second photo, you mean the web form right (ie not the app)?

Adding second photo

Help Karolis

Thanks for the reply

Yes from the web site not the app, IE, I added an entry to the app, a wall flower, then on returning home attempted to add a second photo of the flowers on the site Colchester's town wall. The second photo would not take.

Sorry to a nuisance, but how can I add the missing details and photos.

No worries, that's what we

No worries, that's what we are here for, to help out :) to add extra information you should click on the record Edit button (Explore -> My Records -> right hand side, a buton with a pen). This will bring you to a record edit form, that currently is still designed for multiple occurrences, but we have fixed that for next app update. You can change here Sex, Stage etc including photos, just click on the empty Add Photos field and below buttons for attaching more photos appear. Note: only jpg, gif, png, jpeg files are allowed.

Hope this helps

Thanks very much for your tolerance.

The photo I queried has appeared on the home page, twice, but not in the entry 3164183.

The photo of the wall has

The photo of the wall has somehow repeated and as you say it has now appeared on the record. So all's well on the score. We don't often have problems like this hopefully it won't happen again thanks again for your help
