Lots of glitches

There seem to be lots of glitches with this years bioblitz. "Browse you own records" only shows last years records. Discrepancies between species counts in maps and tables. ispot gbb17 tag doesn't work. And worst of all nobody is responding to the issues reported on this forum page!!

Sorry, for it taking so long to come back to you. It would help if you created an issue ticket in our issue management system here, as this is our primary place for iRecord Website tasks.

I followed the advice on the Garden Bioblitz website which said either tweet (I did and got no response) or report on the Forum (the Forum is generally used to report technical issues with irecord) but that also got no response. I didn't know there was another way of reporting issues, a way that is generally unknown and unavailable to irecord users.

Hi,

Hi,

Huge apologies for my tardiness - the BioBlitz this year coincided with a major event in my family as well as another of the team having a new baby, so we are just catching up. I think I've replied to your other issues, but I couldn't see any problems with accessing the list of My Records so perhaps you could explain that a bit more?

Best wishes

John

Thanks John. Most of the

Thanks John. Most of the issues seem to be resolved now. One was a browser issue (editing) which I sorted by using my phone rather than old laptop. It did seem strange that none of the bioblitz team visited or commented on the forum page. Shame so few took part this year...publicity issue? I would hate to see the Garden Bioblitz die a death for lack of support because I think it's a brilliant concept which deserves wider participation. As far as the remaining issue...it's still there (but a minor one). On the irecord garden bioblitz info page, on the league table page, there is a link for "browse your own garden bioblitz records". This link takes you to your own 2016 records not this years ones.
