Birdtrack and www.mothrecording.org

Hello,

Apologies if this question has been asked before.

Over the last few years I have recorded used Birdtrack and mothrecording.org for birds and moths. This year I started using iRecord for everything except birds and moths.

If I switch to using iRecord for everything can I link accounts in such a way as to still see my historical records and also see iRecord records in the Birdtrack front ends?

Also are there any plans for a specialist iRecord Moths App?

Thanks,

Tim

Hi Tim, I'm in a similar

Hi Tim, I'm in a similar position to you as I still use Birdtrack for complete lists.  iRecord for everything else, including casual bird records which I extract and send to my local bird recorder.

I don't know of any way of doing the kind of linkage you refer to in iRecord/Birdtrack, I pull all my records together using QGIS.
