app installed on phone but not allowing me to login

Hello, I've recently installed the iRecord app on my phone and registered for an account. I recieved an email and followed the link as advised. I can login online with no problem, but I can't seem to login to my account through the app - I just get an error message 'parsererror'. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

App excellent idea but no use if can’t log in

Can't upload my records despite my account being accepted.

I have 75 records pending but when I press upload I am told to log in when do this nothing happens. Please put me right.

Me too as of May 2021.

Me too as of May 2021. Removing and reinstalling from download site does not work.
