Changing name

I've tried to find this in the guide, but the screen it shows for editing "who you are"  is not one that I can see.  

What I want to do is change my account so that my full name is not seen, but instead my username appears against records.   

Apologies if that's in the help or guide, searching is not working for me!

I've attempted to update my name too but with no succcess.  I've been able to update my married name on my account, but my records and the Leader Board still show my old name despiute my account being updated.

Yes, that's similar, thanks for responding.

I just don't want my full name to be visible to others, that is how some other sites work and I want help to do this.  I can't find a 'contact us' type email address to  which to send this concern and get an answer!
