This year's award winners were announced at the NBN Conference on 21 November 2024. Many congratulations to all who won an award, and to the runners-up and everyone who was shortlisted.
National Recording Schemes featured in several categories, including lifetime achievement awards for Roger Morris and Stuart Ball of the Hoverfly Recording Scheme, and verifiers' awards for Matt Smith and Stuart Roberts of the Bees, Wasps and Ants Recording Society. The John Sawyer NBN Open Data Award went to the Terrestrial Heteroptera Recording Scheme (Shieldbugs & allied species).
